K-packet : 14 to 30days.

The shipping price may differ depending on the product weight, shipping  country and company.  Shipping price can be automatically checked by adding items into the cart, and put shipping address.

 Delivery Notice

The selected shipping company can be changed without any notice when the shipping company is not able to deliver to the shipping address.

Shipping company may not deliver the parcels to doorstep and keep it at the office in the case of receiver is absent, several regions, incorrect shipping information.  

If the parcel does not arrive on time, please claim to shipping company or notice us for checking before they return your package back to us.

These case will not be responsible by us.

Pre-order benefits are provided in order to sequence. 

Sometimes, pre-order albums can be canceled without notice due to its limited quantity.

The weight of store products may differ from the actual weight.

Out boxes can be damaged while shipping and products may not be refunded in this case.

 

Extra tax charge by customs

Parcels will be marked as a gift in order to avoid extra tax charge by the customs office.

But, It does not always work regarding to taxation rules and regulation vary among countries.

Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in prices.

These charges are buyer's responsibility, and unpaid tax orders will not be refunded.
