Depending on where you live and the items you purchased, the shipping time may vary. However, we process your order within 2-10 business days and usually priority shipping(UPS, DHL, FEDEX) takes around 2-5 business days and Economic shipping(EMS, K-Packet) takes more than 10 days.

We will send you an order tracking number via email once your order has been shipped. And Parcels can be tracked on the following TRACK ORDER. Please note tracking takes few hours to be activated.

Sometimes shipping time may delay because of weather conditions, customs, and logistics matters. Please feel free to contact us if your order is delayed more than the expected delivery time.
Paypal and credit cards can be used for payment.
Depends on the choice of your currency, the price will be changed. However, whatever the currency you choose, the product price is still the same. So do not worry.

Please make sure that you check the size carefully before checking out. Product details are mentioned on each of the product, and it is important to check carefully to get the right one.
When you accidentally choose a wrong size, colour or items you can contact us at wearekpop20@gmail.com if you want to make a change to your order. We can only make a change before the item is out for shipping therefore, please contact us immediately once you have received your confirmation email. Unfortunately, we cannot make a change for pre-order items. So please check carefully before checking out.
After you have received the order confirmation email, you need to request a cancellation immediately! Please kindly note that we cannot cancel your order once the order has been processed. However, the pre-order items cannot be cancelled. Therefore, please check the items carefully before placing the order.
Sometimes you may receive a refund because of shipping and delivery issues or depleted stocks. If one of these problem occurs, we automatically make a refund to your account.
